Marguerite C. Lorenz has been serving as a Trustee as a Principal at Lorenz Fiduciary Services, Inc. since 2003. Before joining the firm, Marguerite was a manager at Quire Financial Services from ’96-’03. 

As a contributing writer to “The Chronicle” (Temecula/Murrieta) and Vintage Magazine, Marguerite has also been published in Lawyer Magazine (International), and the North County Lawyer Magazine. Marguerite is also the co-author of Ethics for Trustees: A Guide for All Who Serve as Trustee.

Marguerite is the President of the Estate Planning Group Network, and member of the North County Estate Planning Council, San Diego County Bar Association.

Appointed by Governor Brown to the Professional Fiduciaries Advisory Committee in May 2012, Marguerite is serving a four year term.

As a public speaker, Marguerite is the host of “Estate Planning 101”: a Free Estate Planning Education Workshop Series that provides 12 hours of charity sponsored education to seniors in San Diego and Riverside Counties. Marguerite has spoken to several Rotary Groups in San Diego, and can be heard on past shows on ESPN’s AM 1700 with Mr. Credit (www.MrCreditRadio.com).

Marguerite received her Certification as a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor through the Institute of Certified Bankers and the American Bankers Association in 2005, and Certificate in Professional Fiduciary Management from California State University Fullerton in 2007.
