The 7Rs of Sanctuary

The 7Rs of Sanctuary program addresses the need for you as a leader to take time apart from your leadership context to engage in spiritual practices in order to realize effectiveness, restore a sense of purpose, gain perspective, and regain heart to address increasingly complex leadership issues. When you integrate the practice of reflection into your life, you become more effective as a leader and increase your spiritual well-being.

By participating in this year-long program, which features a three-day retreat and quarterly day-long follow up sessions, you will emerge with direction for your leadership, "rule of life" practices for self care, and an increased capacity to lead and care for those entrusted to you in churches, ministries, and your community.
