Optional - Post Program Support:

Participants have the option of selecting the optional premium program which includes extensive followup support that is be provided for 4-6 months following the delivery of The Confident Coach. This support includes the following:

• A coaching session for post program goal setting for the manager
• Tools and materials to enable managers to facilitate 4 customized, focused team conversations on subjects that relate to manger or team goals
• Manager coaching sessions in between each team conversation

Refund Policy:

• In the event of a cancellation that is more than 30 days before the program date, the full amount of the registration fee will be refunded.
• In the event of a cancellation that is within 30-15 days before the program date, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• In the event of a cancellation that is within 14 days of the program date, no refunds will be available.
