Welcome to the 23rd Annual CFMA Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference located at Seaview, A Dolce Hotel, Galloway, NJ 
Saturday through Monday September 23rd to 25th 2023

This Regional Conference offers ground breaking presentations from top industry leaders, the opportunity to earn up to 18 CPE credits and most importantly, some fun and exciting social events that will allow you the opportunity to network with your peers in relaxed and casual settings.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

MEMBER RATES: Only individuals with current CFMA memberships qualify for the early bird and member rates. CFMA National does not offer company-based memberships, only individual memberships.

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES: Sunday evening happy hour and dinner reception and all sessions on Monday.  Attendees wishing to attend other events Saturday and/or Sunday, including sporting events, tours and special educational sessions must purchase separate tickets when registering.

GUEST REGISTRATION: The Monday conference sessions are open to full conference attendees ONLY. Guests of attendees must register individually if attending the Sunday reception, Monday educational sessions or other special events.  Guests may purchase tickets for: 1) the full conference; 2) the Sunday happy hour/dinner (only); and/or 3) any other Saturday or Sunday events.

SPONSORS: All sponsors in attendance must register individually. If a paid sponsorship includes tickets for complimentary conference registration(s), the individual(s) utilizing the ticket(s) will select the "Sponsor Comp" option when registering.  Also, all other Sponsor attendees (without a complimentary pass) must also register.  Available fee options for non-comp'd Sponsor attendees are: 1) full conference; 2) Sunday dinner reception (only); 3) Monday breakfast and lunch (only); and/or 4) other Saturday and/or Sunday events.

SPEAKERS: All speakers in attendance must register individually. All speakers will elect the "Speaker Comp" option when registering. Speaker registration includes the full conference, plus the Sunday evening reception /dinner.  Speakers may also purchase tickets for other Saturday and/or Sunday events.

ROOM RESERVATIONS: Hotel rooms are NOT included with the registration fee. All overnight attendees must make their hotel reservations seperately with the hotel. A link to the hotel room block can be found on the conference website below.

Note: The room block deadline is noted below, however, room block rates are subject to availability and may sell out, so reserve your room with the hotel early.

Note: Early bird discounts are available to CFMA Members only. Member registrations received by the deadline will receive early bird pricing.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: 9/13/2023 (registration closes at 5pm on this date.

CANCELLATION/REFUND DEADLINE: 9/13/2023

Note: Registrant cancellations must be received by this date in order to qualify for a refund.

ROOM BLOCK DEADLINE:8/24/2023 (*subject to availability)

Note: Hotel rooms must be cancelled directly with the hotel and are subject to hotel cancellation policies.
