Everett Jr., presiding Prelate of Deliverance Jesus Is Coming Association of Churches. He is a Newark Police Chaplin and member of Newark Police Clergy Alliance. Bishop Benn is also a Certified Temperament Counselor and member of the National Christian Counselors Association.
