Open Heart Yoga Workshop - Special Valentine's Partner Experience

Start your Valentine's Day Weekend in the key of LOVE! Focus on giving deep relaxation and on opening and activating the Anahata, the Heart Chakra. This class incorporates techniques to relax, center and gently mobilize both you and your partner’s bodies, minds and spirit. We will end with a 30 minute guided sound meditation. Walk in, float out!
