We all have a story to tell. Some chapters are filled with joy and others leave us longing for a rewrite.  However small or significant, hurt and loss have touched each of us.  Often it is the stories we share that inspire and encourage us to emerge from pain and lead us to a place of strength, wisdom and peace.  

Join us for this special women’s event featuring Oak Grove author Judy Liautaud. Judy’s recent book, Sunlight on my Shadow, is a deeply moving memoir of her journey to reconciliation and healing after pregnancy as a Catholic teen in the 60s. While her message of hope is truly universal, it also sheds light on the importance of supporting each other as women, and especially supporting women who have chosen life — and adoption — when faced with an unplanned pregnancy. 

Please note, this community event is non-denominational and we encourage and welcome all women ages 16 and older to join us.
