In this webinar, Crystal Mackay and Andrew Campbell will share their journey in how to reinvent the way we build and engage with our teams and why this is so important. They will also share some of their own learnings in how online, personal support and investing in people can lead to better result s and a more committed team. Over the past year, they have created a new tool to help onboard & engage with the most important asset we have in agri-food - our people.
