Developing a Mission, Vision, and Strategy Statement for Your Business

In today's economy, every business should have a clear mission, vision, and strategy for success. It's a compass for your company. In this presentation, Paul will walk through the difference between a mission and vision statement, how to create a mission statement, how to create a vision statement, and how to develop and execute a strategic plan for your business.
