Leading Healthy Change In Our Communities
Profiles by Healthy NewsWorks student journalists of a dozen prominent leaders who have something important to say about health and are giving back to the community. Some of the student journalists and interviewees will be on hand to sign your copy of the book.

Consider a contribution at one of the sponsorship levels below to help Healthy NewsWorks empower student journalists to transform the health of our communities.

Examples of what your gift can accomplish:

Community sponsor: $1,000 to $2,499—Help us grow and develop the Healthy NewsWorks program as a health and literacy resource in our communities.

Associate sponsor: $500 to $999Enable teachers and students to take part in health literacy classes or journalism workshops.

Contributing sponsor: $250 to $499—Fund transportation and expenses for student journalists to attend off-campus news conferences or events.

Sponsor: $150 to $249—Provide books, reporter's notebooks, and other newsroom resources for student journalists.

Who we are
Healthy NewsWorks seeks to engage students intellectually and creatively in producing authentic journalism that influences health attitudes and tackles such pressing issues as obesity, bullying, asthma and safety.

Healthy NewsWorks is a member of New Beginnings Nonprofit Incubator at Resources for Human Development.
