Grab your friends and let's escape to create this March.  it's our 2nd Spring Retreat (and our 14th year of Fall Retreats) and you know how fun it is.  A great group of women, eager to make new friends and share their love of papercrafting with you.

When:

Thursday, March 26 - Sunday, March 29, 2020 (Thursday Optional)

• Conference Room Doors open at 4:00 on Thursday and close at 5:00pm on Sunday
• There is an option to come on Thursday, March 26 for an extra fee. This includes use of the conference room while I set up and accomodations, but DOES NOT INCLUDE MEALS until Friday night.  Optional classes will not be set up for you to start.

For Friday, March 27 Arrival:

Check in to rooms at 4:00pm-Checkout is 11:00am      

• Single Room Occupency:      $393.00
• Double Room Occupency:    $294.00
• Triple Room Occupency:       $261.00
• Quad Room Occupency:       $245.00

PRICING FOR THURSDAY ARRIVAL:

• Prices for the addition of Thursday , March 26 is an additioanl $45. This does not include meals.  Meals begin with dinner Friday night,.take this time for yourself and friends to enjoy Blowing Rock restaurants..

   Retreat Fees Include:

• Lodging for 3 days and 2 nights, 2 double size beds, private bath, linen provided
• 6 buffet meals starting with Friday dinner-Sunday lunch
• Use of 2 large meeting room spaces
• 6' table space
• Retreat goodie bag
• Use of inventory of Stampin' Up! tools, stamp sets, and inks
• Refreshments for the weekend
• Retreat fee does not include optional classes

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Deposits and registrations fees are fully refundable until Wednesday, March 11 at which time they become NON-REFUNDABLE as final counts have been given to the retreat center.   I will turn off registration when I fill all the rooms. Please be sure to list your roommate(s) so I know to hold her spot. If registration fills and you have paid, I will update you with the option of being put on a waiting list or receive a full refund.

Dining Hall

Part of the Escape of the weekend is to escape from our kitchens.  We will enjoy 6 All-you can eat buffets prepared for us starting with dinner on Friday.  Special dietary menu is available, please note on registration.  Friday lunch is on your own and will not be provided but you may bring it to conference room.  There will be a refrigerator available in the conference rooms.

• Breakfast:   8:00am - 8:45 am
• Lunch:       12:00pm-12:45pm

While this retreat is organized for you to escape to bring your own supplies and to have time to create, I have optional classes in the works and will provide all three days of the retreat. 

• Optional Class projects will be offered at later date. Class fees will apply.
  

• At the retreat, I will have Retired Designer Series Paper available for purchase.
  

Inspiration:

There will be plenty of card ideas and inspiration along with scrapbook layouts.
