This SCORE seminar is designed to cover some of the very first topics you need to research and answer before you consider jumping into business ownership.  We'll start with an exercise that will perfect your "Elevator Pitch" about your concept and move quickly to a discussion of entrepreneurial myths and realities.  We'll look at statistics on why businesses fail and, more importantly, ways of avoiding becoming one of those statistics.

And before we conclude, we'll look at the "Nuts & Bolts" of getting started and review some important basics on business planning.
