SCORE Vancouver
SCORE Vancouver Chapter 0566

Course Leader Kathy Bazan Kathy Bazan is a Certified SCORE Mentor with expertise in social media and digital marketing. By writing vibrant content, she built a corporation’s Facebook community from 0 to over 9,500 Likes in 2 years. For this same company, she honed her skills by writing eBlasts to potential and current customers which increased sales. For a men’s clothing shop, she wrote the eBlast which generated the most sales of any eBlast in the company’s 21 year history. It’s these skills that she teaches in this workshop.

E-mail + eCommerce + eBlasts = Egads!

Going digital with our marketing has many of us going crazy. This workshop strives to bring a little sanity to make the world of digital marketing understandable—and more importantly, something each one of us can do well.

Why is it necessary to move our marketing into the digital world?

  • 90% of Yelp! users use Yelp! to select the new restaurants they try.
  • 74% of shoppers use social media to help them select what they will purchase.

Meanwhile, the tried and true way of finding new clients has fallen…

43% of people purchase based on the recommendation of a friend.

This free webinar will show how you can create an e-mail list, write a creative e-mail or eBlast which generates sales, and build a community for your products or services in the digital marketing world.
