Based on the class I was teaching on Thursday nights, this class is meant to help the ascension process and support strengthening your energetic and astral field.  In this workshop, we will clear the 12-chakra system, clear foreign energies, sync bio-rhythms and seal our specific and independent grid. This is a non-asana based class. Please do not drink alcohol or use recreational drugs the day of this event.  Feel free to bring a journal to reflections after.
