The Spring Equinox is a time of great balance and awakening. A time to restore the connection of our feminine and masculine energies. To harmonize our intuitive and rational minds. Our physical, mental and spiritual selves are connected and whatever we do on one level affects the other two. It is important to slow down and reach into deeper levels of consciousness to align ourselves and find true healing. This class is an opportunity to take time for yourself to align with the forces around you as you create your own personal space of peace.
