On the heels of this summer's successful i.e.* launch event comes a whole new way of looking at things -- SHOP CLASS, a FREE, six-week intentional mashup of innovative thinkers, innovative doers and curious bystanders.
SHOP CLASS is designed to take the ambitions of i.e.* one step further, blurring the lines between creator and creative minded.
Organized and hosted by Peter Fraser, Ansel Olson and John Sarvay, SHOP CLASS is a two-hour, hands-on discovery zone centered in the historic Marvin Lang Building (next to the Camel on West Broad Street).
a free i.e.* sanctioned event
Thursday, August 25 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
It’s all about language tonight, as two of #RVA's finest wordsmiths put participants through their paces with pen in hand. Meghan Codd and Deanna Lorianni of Zuula Consulting will explore our personal languages of innovation and creativity, and challenging the group to shift their perspectives, try on a new vocabulary, practice a different voice – individually and collectively.
*SHOP CLASS is a free event! Because of space limitations, we're asking that participants attend no more than two of the six sessions.
