Floricane's Manager Development Program 

There are TONS of leadership development programs out there, but we noticed a serious lack of support and learning opportunities specifically for mid-level managers and directors. That's why we created the Manager Development Program: to give those managers the chance to learn key skills that are essential to effectively leading their teams.

Participants will develop skills to build competence, confidence, and engagement in order to achieve business goals. Each participant will develop a detailed management plan focused on their management style and approach, the needs of their team, and clear business outcomes.

Schedule:

6 full-day sessions, 9 AM - 4 PM

Day 1: Monday September 14

Day 2: Tuesday September 15

Day 3: Monday September 28

Day 4: Monday October 5

Day 5: Monday October 12

Day 6: Monday October 19
