6:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Casual Poolside Welcome Reception

Wednesday, July 10th
7:30 am - 8:15 am: Registration & Check-in
8:15 am - 11:00 am: Human Resources: Retaining Talent Under Constraints
County treasurer offices perform crucial functions but do so under significant financial constraints. This makes retaining good employees a challenge. In this session, participants will learn about and discuss ways to keep good employees motivated and engaged.

11:00 am - 1:30 pm: NACCTFO Business Meeting Luncheon
1:30 pm - 4:00 pm: New Revenue on the Horizon
This workshop will educate NACCTFO members about current revenue recovery efforts and processes in various states, specifically tax-refund intercept programs for local governments. Through a panel discussion, interactive dialogue, and activities, members will learn how they can improve collections.

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Dinner & Entertainment at the Wheelhouse and Ride on the High Roller

Thursday, July 11th
7:30 am - 8:15 am Registration & Check-in
8:15 am - 11:00 am: The Many Facets of NACCTFO Members – What do we do?
NACCTFO members have different titles: Treasurers, Collectors, Finance Officers, and Trustees, to name a few. The different titles convey the diverse functions that NACCTFO members do. This session will present the results from a nationwide survey of the NACCTFO functions, focusing on the similarities and differences among the membership, and the philosophies behind them.

11:00 am - 1:00 pm: Lunch On Your Own
1:00 pm - 3:30 pm: Peer-to-Peer Session: Innovation in the Office
NACCTFO members benefit when able to share information and innovations. This session will build upon the morning’s topic, providing a forum for members to discuss what they have learned about the national scene for county collectors, treasurers, and finances officers. This will be a moderated discussion, with much opportunity for small group interaction and peer feedback.

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: President's Reception
7:00 pm - 9:30 pm: Banquet & Installation of Officers

The final agenda will be emailed to all registrants.
