Yoga for a Healthy Back

Most Americans suffer from back pain at some point, and often, muscular imbalances are the cause. This educational and experiential class offers a balanced yoga program to improve the health of your back. You’ll discover some of the primary causes of back pain, and by learning how to undo them, you’ll balance the body to reduce or eliminate back pain altogether.
