The Power of Breath to Deepen Yoga's Healing Benefits

This workshop will highlight your breath’s ability to release and relax your body, mind, and spirit. You’ll come away with written instructions for simple breathing techniques to use in your daily life or with your patients. Practice will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and focused!

Instructor

Brianna Bedigian, owner of Quiet Winds, LLC, E-RYT 500, certified hypnotist, reiki master, stress management consultant

Brianna believes that we all have the ability to heal, transform and evolve ourselves. To help her students on their paths, she combines a traditional three-part yoga practice with the healing touch of Reiki and the meditative aspects of hypnosis. This interwoven methodology enables students to deeply relax and fosters space and time to heal. To Brianna, yoga is an energetic expression limited by neither strength nor flexibility. She emphasizes the healing power of the breath and asks her students to open to the possibility of transformation. Brianna invites you to come to your mat as if it were an open palm of welcome encouraging you to try.
