Yoga for Grief & Loss

Whether grieving the death of a loved one or going through a divorce, everyone must experience difficult times in order to grow. This workshop will help you understand how pain is infinitely more honest with you than pleasure and how to look pain dead in the eye to find your inner strength and wisdom.

Instructor

Jayne Bernasconi, MA, owner of Yoga on York, E-RYT 500

YAM grief and loss Jayne has been a leader in the field of movement and spirit for more than 32 years. She has been teaching yoga since 1989, and is the proud owner of Yoga On York, a studio devoted to helping others find inner peace and harmony amongst the craziness of life. Jayne has been seen flying through the air (all over the country) with her aerial dance company, Air Dance Bernasconi, from 2000-2011, and is the author of three books on yoga, aerial dance and aerial yoga.
