Educational Seminar:

To Park or Not to Park

The City of San Diego is ambitiously eliminating barriers impacting the region’s housing deficit.  Parking requirements are at the forefront of policy reforms being implemented.  These reforms include the elimination of minimum parking requirements for new residential projects constructed in transit priority areas. Additionally, parking for all future downtown residential development will be capped at one space per unit.  Join leaders from the City and the industry as they explore these policy changes and discuss how they affect the future of residential development in San Diego.

Howard Blackson, AVRP Skyport
