SMC Hops & Homes Event 

You’re invited to the Sales & Marketing Council of San Diego’s first Hops & Homes event of 2022 with a fun evening of drinks, bites, and networking with peers and colleagues! Join us on a tour of Arlo by Lennar at MERGE56, San Diego’s newest addition of walkable and diverse housing.

This SMC event is hosted by Lennar and Homeowners Financial Group featuring guest speakers Alex Plishner, Senior Vice President of Land Acquisition & Forward Planning at Lennar and Gary Levitt, Owner of Sea Breeze Properties. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the challenges of developing Arlo as a part of the walkable, mixed-used MERGE56 Project which gives residents an opportunity to enjoy incredible amenities in a prime central San Diego location.
