Join us to strategize, collaborate and reimagine New Mexico tribal communities’ response to violence. As we begin preparation for Tribal Leaders to give testimony at this year’s OVW Consultation, we believe an informed and clear message reflecting the transformation we seek will move us closer to equity.
For the transformation we seek, we need each of you as narrators. We witnessed how the coronavirus disproportionately impacted our communities and how each of you shifted to keep families and survivors safe.
CSVANW knows you have the answers to needed changes in administering tribal funds and programs. Each one of you in this movement know what it will to take to enhance the safety of Indigenous women and children from violence. And, we will raise your demands when calling on the specific needs to strengthen the federal response to violent crime in our tribal lands.
The world is calling for us to do better and through each of you, our Members, we believe we will see increased access to equity. Thank you and we hope you can join us.
