The Conceptual Business Model that Will Grow Your Business  - 10/21/2020 

During this workshop, participants will interactively work on a tool to structure the creative work that goes behind building and designing a business. Participants will be encouraged to think strategically about their customer base and how to grow their business keeping in mind current and potential customer needs. 

You will learn:
  • how to target your offerings for specific customers
  • how to define a strategy to enable growth and scaling
Preparation materials will be emailed on 10/19.
Class is limited to 9 participants.


 About the Instructor:

Silvia Pera is an analyst at BMNT, a government consulting firm that empowers organizations to solve their most pressing challenges using the methodologies and practices that have made Silicon Valley successful. Silvia leverages design thinking and Lean strategies to strategically problem solve. While at BMNT, Silvia has worked on dozens of Department of Defense projects- assisting government personnel to successfully simplify problem complexities and navigate the bureaucracy to transition solutions most desired by users.
