• Session Overview: A day-long workshop focusing on Leveraging the 4 R’s of Leadership (Relationships, Reputation, Results, and Resilience) using the Birkman Method® to drive performance, reduce stress, and nurture leadership strengths.
• This program will provide you with a highly personalized experience yet will allow you to recognize and leverage other styles of communication and behaviors
• Program includes a 1 hour self-assessment that must be completed prior to event
• Facilitator: Grace Killelea, CEO and Founder of the GKC Group, a leadership development firm
