Led by Vernita Stevens of
2p Paradigm of Possibilities and Marine Corps Veteran
Who is responsible for Change?
Not knowing the answer or avoiding difficult conversations can be an occupational hazard for Business owners, Managers, and Leaders in every working environment. Supportive and thorough training in advance can be a useful learning tool to build their capacity and confidence for ensuring they not only remain productive, but can also create a positive environment for future conversations.
Conversations are sparking at International levels about how to address racism, inequality, and inequity in the workplace. DEI training is becoming more important and essential in taking the necessary steps to foster a culture that welcomes differences and positive change. The workplace is filled with people from different backgrounds, cultures and beliefs and learning how to effectively Navigate DEI Conversations raises employee awareness of the importance of working together.
In this training participants will explore the concepts of racism, diversity, equality, inclusion, and sensitivity in today’s modern workplace. Our program focuses on improving workplace culture while strengthening the outcomes of policies, processes, and procedures that meet our client’s needs.
