Virtual Workshop Series

Session Two: Moving Beyond DEI Buzzwords

Led by Rene Petties-Jones

President of the NFJC of WNY, Inc, in conjunction with the NFJC Facilitation Team

Session Two: Moving Beyond DEI Buzzwords

Now that we've had a chance to self reflect and understand some of the nuanced issues surrounding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, how can we best apply this to our workplaces?  What are some real world case studies that can trip us up when trying to implement best practices?  In this session we will unpack ways in which we can become more proactive including some of the ways we may get stuck.  Participants will be encouraged to bring questions to the table to provide group think solutions to issues that may be holding you back on your quest for better understanding of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging issues.
