February Monthly Member Meeting

Please join us for our 1st Monthly Member Meeting for 2018, a luncheon, sponsored by Lexington Medical Center. We will be given a hospital update, then Thad Werts, fitness specialist from Health Directions will discuss fitness and nutrition basics. Lunch will be provided by Doza Rizen.
