I-70/75 Development Association Dayton Region Economic Update 

Our award winning breakfast meetings are on temporary hold, but that doesn't mean there aren't things to present and means to present them.  Please join us on August 5, 2020, at 11:00 am for a Zoom presentation by Dr. Richard Stock, Director of the Business Research Group (BRG) at the University of Dayton.

There might be no better time than now to hear Dr. Stock discuss the Greater Dayton region economic conditions and outlook.  Join the Zoom meeting, spread our your lunch, spend a few minutes networking with colleagues prior to the presentation, and spend an hour with Dr. Stock. 

Dr. Richard Stock has been the BRG Director since 2001.  He has been with the University of Dayton since receiving his Ph.D in Economics from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1986.  His academic training was in urban economics, and he has 33 years of experience in economic analysis, program evaluation, and market research.

BRG provides economic analysis, program evaluation and focus group services as part of the School of Business Administration at UD.  Dr. Stock has conducted several program evaluations over the last 15 years in the Greater Dayton region in education health, and housing.

Dr. Stock's current evaluation work is primarily in education and behavioral health.  A primary focus has been the ongoing evaluation of various Learn to Earn initiatives and in particular Preschool Promise, the effort of the City of Dayton and Montgomery County to increase access to high quality preschool.
