Chuck’s topic will be “The Barnabas Principle:  A Practical Approach to Congregational Development”.  We will learn what it means to be Church today by intentionally reaching out to others, empowering people to be 
leaders, and making a difference in the community around us.  What we hear and see at this conference can help our congregations become healthy and vital.  The struggles of the early Church parallel your own faith 
community and its environs.  We, the Church, can make a difference in the world.  We are the hands and feet of Jesus Christ.
