What if you could help? Mental Health First Aid is a national public education program, similar to CPR and First Aid, that helps members of the public identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders.
Our nationally certified trainers will teach you a five step action plan that will teach you to assess a situation, implement appropriate interventions, and help the person connect with professional care.
