Timber Wolf Information Network experts discuss wolf ecology, population biology, management issues, population monitoring and field study techniques, including a winter tracking / ecology field trip on Saturday afternoon. The workshop fee includes classroom lectures and videos, two meals and the field trip into wolf territory.
Participants should bring: Notepad and Pen/Pencil, Warm clothing for being outdoors approximately 3-4 hours on Saturday afternoon. (Hat, mittens, warm boots, parka, snow pants, scarf, etc.)
Lodging is available at hotels in Ely and is the responsibility of the participant. Meals will be provided Saturday for lunch and dinner. Participants are on their own for breakfast.
