For over a decade, Leadercast has developed people into "Leaders Worth Following." This year, the annual event is themed "Architects of Tomorrow" and will inspire, engage, and grow the visionary within you. Hear from amazing speakers, gain tools to use following the event, and network with other leaders.

Speakers will feature: Andy Stanley, Dr. Henry Cloud, Nick Saban, Steve Wozniak, Kat Cole, James Brown, CMDR Rorke Denver,  and Chris Barez-Brown.  

We will have local entrepeneur and restaurant owner of Bear's Smokehouse BBQ of Windsor, Connecticut, Jamie 'the Bear' McDonald, as one of our local speakers.  In addition, we are happy to announce that Marty Rotblatt of Associate Resources will speak to us from his experience in helping non-profits.  

Our local site will be serving coffee from GIV Coffee of Canton, and lunch will be from Bear's Smokehouse BBQ.  Lunch is included in your ticket price.  

You will gain 6 hours of leadership training and leave here with actionable items to make a difference sooner.  Visionary leaders who are invested in becoming better leaders make our community better.
