Session description:
Workshop will include a practical overview of adult learning theory, and a review of useful teaching models designed for settings where time is limited. Participants will have an opportunity for small group role plays with the chance to demonstrate use of the “one minute preceptor” along with at least one additional teaching model. We will then review feedback techniques to improve clinical performance.
