WCCM-USA Spring In-Person Meditation Retreat
to be held at Montreat Conference Center
April 16 - 21, 2023    Montreat, North Carolina, USA

The theme of our 2023 WCCM-USA Retreat with Rev Dr Kathleen Weller is Silence and Beauty. In our teaching times we will consider how the beauty of God, nature, sound, sight and touch are enlivened by the silences of our meditation practice. And also how our meditation allows all of these to become both sacred and more available to us outside of our meditation times.

There will be times for wandering the beautiful grounds overlooking Lake Susan, sitting in the beauty of this sereme natural setting -- simply being.

This is an opportunity to deepen our meditation practice and build community with one another as part of The World Community for Christian Meditation-USA.

LODGING AND MEAL PLANS
 All lodging and meals will be at Montreat Conference Center.
Rates listed on the next page include retreat fees and a room for the nights of April 16th through April 20th plus Sunday night dinner through Friday breakfast for each person on the reservation.
Commuters may choose to have a meal plan or not. 

The Registration page offers options for twin bed rooms, shared and private and commuters.

Rev Dr Kathleen Weller

Our teacher for this retreat, Kathleen Weller, is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church USA and next year will celebrate the 30th anniversary of her ordination. She is the WCCM-USA Resource Coordinator, a member of the Executive Council and a longtime meditator. Kathleen is a Benedictine Oblate of St. John's Abbey in Collegeville, MN and maintains a full practice as a Spiritual Director.
