Our first entry with Welcoming Beaverton - Dream Land is filmed in Thailand and Cambodia by LA director Steven Chen. It is the story of Lida, a young career woman in the metropolis of Phnom Penh, sells modern real estate developments, but her relationship with her boyfriend is deteriorating so she escapes to the beach, haunted by sublime specters.
