Your PR Strategic Plan
(And how it provides the foundation for everything else)

Learn from an industry leader how to build a solid plan that will serve you well -- even during a crisis.

  • How can you make certain your strategic plan supports your corporate business strategy?
  • What is the role of research in building your plan?
  • What components are essential to every plan?
  • Who needs to weigh in — and take ownership — to make the plan a success?
  • How will you evaluate success?
  • Will your plan support a crisis?
