Stampin' Super Bowl 

Craft Away Retreat

Join us for a Stampin' Super Bowl Craft Away Retreat during Sale-a-Bration.

It's a fun weekend filled with crafts, creativity, good food and great company - Super Bowl style.

Retreat Fees**

Early Bird Price: $185 Held over

Space is limited. A $60 deposit is required upon registration to reserve your spot and the remainder is tobe paid by Jan. 6th, 2018(no refunds will be issued after this date).**

*Hotel is to be organized and paid separately - see below for details

The retreat fee includes:

  • a fabulous retreat bag with $60 in Stampin’ Up! product
  • fun make n' takes that you make using your goodie bag products
  • space to work on your creative projects (1 person per table)
  • 1 optional classes (for an additional fee)
  • use of our Stampin’ Up! inks, stamps, punches, Big Shot & dies
  • raffles for fabulous Stampin’ Up! products and a FUN Saturday night party!
  • table gifts throughout the weekend
  • access to your crafting table from 4pm Friday, February 9th – 4pm Sunday, February 11th
  • FREE Wi-fi
  • every room (if you stay at the hotel) has a mini-fridge, complimentary coffee & tea, and cable TV
  • 2 breakfasts (only if you stay at the hotel);
  • delicious lunch & dinner on Saturday
  • a popcorn bar and other great treats to keep you going throughout the weekend 

**In the event you can no longer attend the Retreat Weekend, you will receive a refund (minus $60 deposit) if you cancel before January 10, 2017.  No refund will be issued after January 10, 2017, however you will receive the contents of the Retreat Bag.

There are 2 options to pay for the Craft Away weekend;

Hotel Room

The fee for a Standard Room at the River Rock Inn is $123 for double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes. Each additional person (beyond 2 people) is $10 extra per night (up to a max of 4 people). You will need to call the hotel directly to book your room.  Tell them you are with the Stampin' Super Bowl Weekend Retreat for Feb. 9 - 11 to ensure the special rate. You can call the River Rock Inn at 613-446-6710 to reserve your room.

Your Retreat Goodie Bag

When you arrive you will receive your retreat bag with products and embelishments that you can use to create fun make n' takes through out the weekend and take the rest home.

Hours of Operation

You can check in on Friday, February 9th any time after 3:00pm.

**No one will be allowed into the cropping area until 4:00**

Supper on Friday night is not included and you may want to pick something up on your way. There are several restaurants in the area – you can eat out or order in. The River Rock Inn does not have a restaurant.

*Please note that room check in at the River Rock Inn is at 3pm*

You will have access to your craft table all weekend until Sunday at 4.  The crafting rooms will be available 24 hours a day for those who like to create all night long! It will be good to finish (or start) those projects we all have been meaning to get to.

Extra Class

We are offering an All Occasions Card Class at an extra cost if you would like. You will have to sign up in advance. 8 cards, 2 designs stamped twice. $30.

Crafting Space & Products to borrow / for sale

Everyone will have a table to themselves. We will be bringing a large assortment of supplies to share such as the Big Shot and dies, stamp sets, and punches.  You can borrow these items for your own projects and return them when you are done. Please bring your own clear blocks for the stamps.

We will also have a variety of card stock, adhesives and retired items available for purchase throughout the weekend.

Please bring any stamp sets or other products that you think you might need to work on your projects throughout the weekend. 

Fun, fun and more fun!

We will have lots of fun products up for raffle all weekend! Tickets will be on sale 3 for $5, an arms length for $10 or both arms for $20. We have lots of fun things planned throughout the weekend, including a Saturday evening party!

If there is interest, we will organise at least one swap.  This is your chance to make cards and trade them with the other participants. Details will follow.

Food Allergies

If you have any food allergies, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate most, but if you have a specific diet, plan to bring your own snacks and food. Please note that we will do our best to accommodate gluten intolerance and vegan diets (including the snacks!).

There is a fridge in each hotel room for your convenience. More details about the retreat food will be provided closer to the date to enable you to plan accordingly.

No Soliciting

Just a reminder that no soliciting of any kind is allowed at the Stampin' Super Bowl Retreat Weekend. Thank you.

Alcohol

You may bring alcohol with you, but you will have to consume it in your room. No alcohol is allowed in the ballroom area.
