In order to submit your Tribute/listing, please register now and then separately submit via one of the two choices:
Option 1. Email your personalized tribute/message, artwork and pictures (jpeg), business cards or special requests to tributes@shirtikva.org.
Option 2. Write your personalized message, print it and bring to the temple office, marked ATTENTION: TRIBUTE BOOK.
ALL TRIBUTES, COPY, ARTWORK, ETC. MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE APRIL 20.
PLEASE GO TO REGISTER NOW AND SELECT YOUR TRIBUTE BOOK LEVEL AND PAYMENT OPTION.. ONCE YOUR REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION AND A REMINDER OF HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR TRIBUTE.
