The Grimsby & District Chamber of Commerce's 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on Thursday, November 19 via Zoom.

Any member in good standing is eligible to attend, and to vote on the 2020 Slate of Directors, as well as the proposed by-law changes.

It has been an eventful past year for the Chamber and our business community - please join us to celebrate our accomplishments, meet the Board of Directors, learn about our current initiatives, and lend your voice to YOUR Chamber.

Last year, we undertook a robust review and revision of the Chamber by-laws, using Corporations Canada's By-Law Builder guidelines. You can read the current and proposed by-laws online below; a document outlining the material changes will be available closer to the event.
