Sourcing Professional Services
Most companies spend a significant amount on professional services and use these providers for both strategic projects and critical point needs. In most cases, companies have an opportunity to improve the cost and value of these services in three key areas: 1) Definition, review and approval of proposed projects; 2) Sourcing of potential providers and 3) Ongoing management of the portfolio of providers.
