The stories from Europe and especially the UK have been dramatic to say the least. Aidir has been in the thick of things at ground zero. Based in London, he has had to deal with dramatic changes in managing a widespread global organization, a supply chain that has suffered major disruptions also and a very challenging customer base.
Join us as Aidir walks through the timeline of when COVID started impacting them, how it progressed, where it is today and how he has had to come up with solutions to deal with an everchanging landscape. A rolling production strategy by IMI meant a rolling supply strategy to match. Shifting production from location A to B to C meant a matching supply chain strategy was critical.
This is meant to be a townhall so expect to be drawn into a lively discussion. We're all trying to learn to change flat tires while driving.
Aidir Parizzi has more than 25 years of extensive experience in Engineering and Supply Chain Management, with a strong track record of Supply Chain performance improvement in global businesses. He has worked internationally with global leaders in Automotive and Oil & Gas industries, always focused on building and consolidating Global Procurement & Supply Chain effective teams and processes.
