If promotional materials are distributed at the event, registrant him/herself must be present at the registration desk to receive them. Promotional materials are not guaranteed and are limited to the first 700 attendees that check in on-site. Those that could not attend may choose to contact event@syncis.com to check if there are any materials left and pick them up from the Syncis Headquarters the week after the event. Please do not pick up before receiving a reply.
