Hotel Terra has a strict cancellation policy. A two-night deposit (including taxes & fees) is required at the time of booking and becomes non-refundable 30 days before your stay. Complete payment is collected 30 days prior to your planned stay and is non-refundable.

Named Wyoming's Best Hotel by Travel+Leisure Hotel Terra will host WICA members for 2019 Annual Convention! WICA has secured a block of rooms
available at a group rate starting at $249 a night with an 8% daily resort fee and a 10% Room Rates & Fees Tax. WICA group rate is available three days prior to and after the convention and is based on the hotels availability.
