This is the official web site of the 6th Annual Gala Fundraiser hosted by Montessori School of Pensacola's Parent-Teacher Organization (MSP PTO). Celebrate your children's art, enjoy wonderful food, and visit with other parents in a beautiful waterfront setting. The proceeds of the silent auction and live auction benefit the children through a variety of PTO projects including the Recreation, Art, Science, Enrichment and Technology Funds. MSP parents and grandparents are welcome to bring guests to attend this adults only event. Dressy casual attire is suggested.

Event Schedule:

5:30     Cocktails; Silent Auction tables open

6:00     Dinner

8:00     Silent Auction tables close

8:30     Live Auction begins; checkout table opens

9:00     Dancing begins!

Registration and Pre-purchased Items:

If you wish to attend, please register by clicking the "Register Now" link below by Monday, April 15th. The ticket price of $32 per person includes Gala admission and dinner. You may also pre-purchase your 2013 Souvenier Drink Glasses and a photo CD of your child while registering.   Register Now! 

Pay for Tickets and Pre-purchased Items:

After you register, you will use the "Pay Now" link below to pay online.  Online payment options include credit card (Visa, MC or Discover), debit card and e-check.  You will not be charged any merchant fees for these payment methods.  If you are not able to use one of these methods, you may still pay by paper check made payable to MSP PTO, delivered to the office or classroom teacher.

Make a Donation or If You Cannot Attend:

If you cannot attend the Gala or if wish do make a donation to be ear-marked for a particular fund, you may make an online payment using any of the methods described above.  Just go to the "Pay Now" link and select the fund of your choice.  It is that easy! 

Sponsorship:

Businesses or families may purchase a Gala 2013 sponsorship at one of four levels: Platinum ($2,000), Gold ($1,000), Silver ($500) or Bronze ($250).

If you would like to donate an item for the silent auction or if you know of a business willing to donate, please contact:  Carmella Miller, carmella.miller@gmail.com, or one of the Gala Co-chairs.

Condo/hotel vacations, Electronics, jewelry,cleaning services, professional services, golf/fishing packages, sports tickets/equipment/memorabilia, restaurant & spa certificates, summer camps, family fun, hair care, gym memberships, babysitting, pet sitting, auto detailing, movies, games, art, boat rides, lessons (piano, jewelry making, cooking, dance, gymnastics, karate, golf, tennis, etc.) and gift certificates to any type of store: department, home improvement, arts/crafts, toy, pet, flower, etc.
