As a special thank you for registering for Immersion! 2011, you will receive a link to a free e-book written by Kent Hunter. Kent is the founder and leader of Church Doctor Ministries, Corunna, Indiana. He is the author of several books and numerous articles. He has consulted over 1,200 churches in 63 denominations and has taught pastors and leaders in numerous countries around the world. .  

The book, The Future is Now, describes the cultural shifts affecting the Church and the subsequent movement of God that is beginning to take shape in North America. I have made this book required reading for all of our leaders and I highly recommend it to you. 
 

Immersion! 2011 

A weekend experience in missional living

October 7, 8, and 9, 2011

Come join Threshold Church in exploring what it means to be a missional, discipleship-driven church.

Threshold Church operates with a model of ministry intended to produce viral discipleship. The primary vehicles for this discipleship are missional communties (known as Call-outs at Threshold). Within these missional communities the many facets of being God's Church are practiced, particularly our calling to bring the Kingdom of God to our communities and proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ. Throughout this weekend we will share this vision and provide you with numerous opportunities to experience it. 

  • Join others in the conversation of what it means to be the Church in 21st century America
  • Have full access to all of Threshold’s ministries, including:

o   Life Transformation Groups

o   Simple Church Bible Studies

o   Discipleship Huddles

o   Call-outs (i.e. missional communities)

o   And more!

  • Learn about a tool for discipleship called Lifeshapes
  • Worship and pray together for the mission of the Church

This event is limited to the first 50 people!

Registration = $45 (includes materials and lunch on Saturday)

Limited housing is available in the homes of Threshold members (a great way to deepen the experience and learn more about the ministry)
