By continuing with online registration, I confirm that I am aware of the contagious nature of COVID-19 and the significant risk that I may be exposed to or contract COVID-19 by attending the 35th Annual High Plains No-Till Conference (the “Conference”). I acknowledge that exposure or infection with COVID-19 may result in serious illness, permanent disability, death, and other damage. Nevertheless, I assume all risks and waive and release the Burlington Community Center, Colorado Conservation Tillage Association, its agents, and related parties (the “Association”) from any claims related to COVID-19 and the Conference, regardless of any actions the Association may or may not take to mitigate such risk. I shall not bring, join, or contribute to any such claim against the Association.

I will not attend the Conference if I am experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, have recently experienced symptoms of COVID-19, have recently tested positive for COVID-19, or have reason to believe I recently contracted COVID-19. If I act negligently regarding such laws and guidelines related to COVID-19, or I have COVID-19 while at the Conference, then I shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Association against any and all liabilities and costs arising out of my attendance at the Conference and COVID-19.
