First Place OPTIONS

This year’s Fundraising Dinner & Auction will be our biggest yet as we celebrate our 20^th Anniversary!

We’ve got lots planned for a great night out in support of First Place OPTIONS.

Our ticket prices have steadily remained the low price of $50/per person.  This includes live entertainment, hors oeuvres on arrival, a three course meal, a great evening out and more!

2012 Dinner Menu

Starter:

Autumn Salad With maple-Cider Vinaigrette

A Fresh Autumn Salad with Spinach, Thin Slices of Bartlett Pear, a Chiffonade of Red Onion, and Crumbled Blue Cheese Tossed with a Maple Cider-Vinaigrette.

Entrée:

Roast Chicken and Steamed Filet of Salmon

A Roasted Breast of Chicken Served and a Steamed Filet of Salmon Served with a Smooth Lemon Tarragon Sauce Accompanied with Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Baby Stemmed Carrots, Roasted Red Pepper and Broccoli

 Vegetarian Option – Two Cheese and Seven Vegetable Ragout Strudel

Two Cheese and Seven Vegetable Ragout Strudel served on a Pool of Caraway Seed Cream Sauce Accompanied with P.E.I. Herb Roasted Parisienne Potatoes and French Cut Green and Yellow Beans

Served with Fresh Rolls & Butter Balls
