  • Cancellations made after the deadline are subject to billing.  
  • Substitutes welcome:  Send a substitute if you have to cancel after the deadline.  Late fees and nonmember rates apply.
  • No-shows, including your guests, employees and colleagues, are billed to the person who made the reservation or the member at the clinic.
  • Members may invite one non-member veterinarian per year to attend at the non-member rate after which the non-member rate applies.  Nonmember veterinarians are billed to the member at their clinic.  
  • Menu and program are subject to change.  Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
  • Always sign-in at registration to ensure that we have a record of your attendance.
